This privacy policy covers this corporate website only. Each of the online products of AIONTECH PLLC carries its own privacy policy, terms of service and support channels.

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content and loads all resources — including fonts — from its own server. We do not collect, store or share any personal data through this website beyond what is technically required to deliver it (see section 3).

3. Server log data

When you visit this website, our hosting provider technically needs to process your IP address to deliver the page, and may keep short-term server logs (IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser user agent) for security and operational purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. Log data is not used to identify visitors and is not merged with other data sources.

Hosting provider: SuperHosting.BG EOOD, UIC 131449987, 5 Nikola Tesla Str., Sofia, Bulgaria. The servers are located in a data centre in Sofia, Bulgaria. The same provider also operates our email services.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your address and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep correspondence only as long as necessary for that purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, cpdp.bg), or the authority at your habitual residence.

This website does not use cookies. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to: we set no cookies of any kind — neither essential, functional, analytical nor marketing — and we use no comparable local-storage tracking technologies. If this ever changes, this notice and this website will be updated before any cookie is set.
